Easing Back In

It’s been a little while since I last wrote here — the past year turned out to be a bit more full than planned. I won’t go into all the details, but like many of us, I had to take a step back, breathe, and let some things quietly find their place again.
When life gets busy or stressful, the first things that slip are often the ones that keep us feeling grounded — proper meals, movement, rest, even those small moments that let you exhale. Getting those back doesn’t have to be a big overhaul; sometimes it’s about gently rebuilding routines that support rather than pressure you.
For me, that’s looked like:
starting the day with something warm and simple to eat before diving into emails,
short outdoor walks instead of long workouts
keeping supplements by the kettle so I actually remember them
having a proper wind-down in the evening (no phone scrolling if I can help it).
It’s nothing fancy, but it’s helping me find rhythm again — slowly, kindly, without the need to do everything perfectly.

If you’ve had a year that’s felt heavy or scattered, maybe this is your reminder that it’s perfectly fine to start small. Your body will meet you where you are.
If you feel like you’d benefit from a bit of support with this — whether that’s a gentle reset, a fresh pair of eyes on your health, or just somewhere to start — you can book a short consultation here:
And if now isn’t quite the right time, there’s plenty on the website to explore at your own pace.
I’m looking forward to being here a bit more regularly again — with some new ideas, calm energy, and a few things that might help you feel more settled too.
