My mission
when working with clients
My mission is to guide and support as many women as possible struggling with their mood and loss of wellbeing, helping them to understand their bodies and provide them with the tools to feel amazing, whatever their age.
HOW I CAME TO STUDY NUTRITION
My husband was diagnosed with cancer at 31 and, despite the initial shock, my overwhelming desire was to support him as best I possibly could. My natural instinct was to find out how best to feed him at home but, upon asking the oncologist, I discovered that there was a big and very confusing gap between mainstream medical care and nutritional advice.

I went on a mission and discovered that there was a whole new world of nutrition and lifestyle medicine that I had never occurred to me before. It felt empowering to realise that improved health, energy, and confidence was entirely possible and within my control. No one needs to tolerate simply existing. I became so passionate about this discovery that I retrained, and I am now Registered Nutritional Therapist helping other people on their journeys to become calmer, happier, and healthier – with an added extra glow!
My approach
I am a non-judgemental and empathetic practitioner, who understands what real life is like. I will help you to clear the confusion and show you a new way to eat and look after your body that is right for YOU. Eating well doesn’t have to expensive, overwhelming or time consuming - I am completely realistic and will help you find strategies to incorporate changes into everyday life, whatever your personal situation.
